The Service may include links or integrations with third-party services. Feathery does not control and is not responsible for these services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feathery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including lost profits, data loss, or damage to devices.
Feathery’s total liability shall not exceed the greater of: (i) amounts you paid us in the past 12 months or (ii) $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Feathery, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to the Service shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.
Feathery may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you via the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
