Overview

The KYND integration enables you to enrich Feathery form submissions with real-time cybersecurity risk intelligence. By connecting to KYND’s API, you can instantly assess a company’s cyber health based on domains or business names submitted through your forms. Ideal for use cases in insurance underwriting, vendor risk assessment, and onboarding, this integration provides actionable risk scores and vulnerability insights.

What You Need

  • A Feathery account
  • An active KYND subscription with API access

Background

KYND is a leading cyber risk analytics platform that delivers fast, easy-to-understand risk assessments based on real-time data signals. It evaluates domains and organizations for common vulnerabilities, exposed data, dark web risks, and more—empowering businesses and insurers to make informed risk decisions. Through Feathery, you can embed KYND’s insights directly into your workflows for automated, intelligent decision-making.

Benefits

Integrating KYND with Feathery enables:

  • Cyber Risk Assessment: Instantly evaluate submitted business domains for security posture, vulnerabilities, and digital exposure.
  • Insurance Underwriting: Support cyber insurance quoting workflows with real-time, validated cyber risk signals.
  • Vendor Screening: Screen third-party vendors or partners for risk levels before onboarding or contracting.
  • Automated Workflows: Trigger logic-based decisions or routing in Feathery based on KYND's risk score outputs.

Consideration

Before integrating KYND, ensure your form collects the proper identifiers—such as company name or website domain—to support accurate KYND queries. Review your KYND API plan for rate limits or feature access. If you process sensitive user or client data, involve your security and compliance teams to align on responsible data handling practices.

How to set up

Navigate to the Feathery form you’d like to connect to KYND and open the Integrations tab.

Connect your KYND account using your API key or developer credentials.

Map key API response fields (e.g., domain score, vulnerability list) to corresponding Feathery fields.

Define a trigger point for the API call—e.g., after a user submits a business name or domain.

Click Connect to activate the integration.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the

"When inside of" nested selector

system.
