The MotorCheck integration allows you to enrich Feathery form submissions with real-time vehicle data to support more accurate underwriting and decision-making. By connecting to MotorCheck’s API, you can automatically retrieve critical vehicle attributes such as ownership history, accident and write-off status, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) features, taxi usage flags, and more—directly within your onboarding or verification flows. This integration is ideal for insurance carriers, brokers, lenders, and fleet managers who require trusted third-party vehicle data to automate risk assessment, underwriting, and quoting processes.
MotorCheck is a leading provider of vehicle provenance and valuation data across the UK and Ireland. Their API connects to official government and private sources, including the DVLA, to offer comprehensive data on vehicle history, registration details, accident records, valuation trends, and fraud indicators. With Feathery, users can pull this data dynamically using registration numbers or VINs submitted in forms, enabling advanced workflows for quoting, claims processing, and asset evaluation.
Integrating MotorCheck with Feathery enables:
Navigate to the Feathery form you want to connect to MotorCheck and open the Integrations tab.
Connect your MotorCheck account using your API key or developer credentials.
Define the trigger for the MotorCheck API call—for example, after a user submits a registration plate or VIN during a quote or application flow.
Map the relevant MotorCheck response fields (e.g., vehicle make/model, ADAS features, taxi/commercial flag, write-off status, valuation) to the corresponding Feathery form fields or hidden fields.
Click Connect to activate the integration and begin enriching submissions with real-time vehicle data.
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the
"When inside of" nested selector
system.
