We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the charge in crafting compelling narratives, own strategic positioning, competitive differentiation, launching new products, and bringing the voice of the customer into everything we build. This role will shape how Feathery tells its story, internally and externally. You’ll collaborate across Product, Sales, and Leadership to refine our market strategy, influence roadmap direction, and build the narrative that wins enterprise deals. About the Role

As a SeniorProduct Marketing Manager at Feathery, you’ll own the messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for our products. You’ll partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success and Leadership to ensure our solutions resonate with buyers, win competitive deals, and deliver real value.

This is a role for a marketing manager who knows how to dig into customer pain, shape a narrative, and bring it to life across campaigns, content, and collateral.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and evolve Feathery’s core messaging, positioning, and value propositions to strengthen our category leadership.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for new product and feature launches—from narrative to enablement to demand gen
  • Develop customer-centric collateral (decks, one-pagers, case studies, product pages, etc.) that moves deals forward
  • Partner with Sales and Success to build enablement assets (decks, case studies, one-pagers) that shorten deal cycles and expand accounts.
  • Drive competitive strategy: analyze market trends, competitors, and buyer insights to inform pricing, packaging, and differentiation.
  • Collaborate with Product to shape roadmap priorities based on customer insights, data usage patterns, and feedback from the field.
  • Champion customer research and voice-of-customer initiatives to refine messaging and identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure internal teams are aligned with the latest product updates, positioning, and GTM priorities

About You

  • 6+ years of B2B SaaS Product Marketing experience, including ownership of product launches and go-to-market programs.
  • Proven track record of positioning technical or workflow automation products** for enterprise or regulated industries.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills: able to distill complex technology into compelling narratives.
  • Experience building sales enablement frameworks and competitive intelligence programs.**
  • Strong cross-functional leadership: you thrive at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Deep curiosity about customers and how they evaluate and buy technology.
  • Bonus: background in financial services, insurance, or wealth management.
  • Bonus: technical proficiency or familiarity with APIs, workflow automation, or data platforms.
