Feathery automates data intake workflows for insurance and wealth management firms. Industry leaders rely on Feathery to power mission-critical workflows like underwriting, client onboarding, and automated account openings.
With rapid revenue growth and expanding enterprise demand, we’re scaling our product and design capabilities to meet the complexity of the workflows our customers depend on.
As Feathery grows, the surface area of our product is expanding—across workflow automation, integrations, data management, and enterprise administration. With that growth comes increasing complexity.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who can help bring clarity and structure to that complexity.
This role is ideal for someone who thinks in systems and architecture—not just screens. Someone who can design intuitive dashboard experiences that adapt to different user roles, surface the right information at the right time, and hide complexity until it’s needed.
You’ll play a key role in shaping how customers interact with Feathery day-to-day, ensuring our platform feels powerful for builders while remaining simple and approachable for end users.
As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll lead the design of Feathery’s core product experiences, with a focus on dashboard architecture, role-based personalization, and scalable UX systems.
You’ll partner closely with Product and Engineering to design workflows that allow sophisticated automation to feel simple and intuitive.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys tackling complex product problems and translating them into elegant, thoughtful experiences.
Feathery’s product enables powerful automation—but that power only matters if it’s intuitive to use.
This role will help define how customers experience Feathery every day: how they navigate the platform, understand their data, and build workflows that run critical parts of their business.
If you’re excited about designing products that balance power and simplicity, and about shaping the architecture of a rapidly growing platform, we’d love to meet you.
