Feathery is growing quickly (over 6x YoY), and as we work with more complex and high-profile customers in financial services, we’re expanding our ability to deliver world-class implementations.
We’re looking for a Deployed Engineer to lead technical onboarding and implementation for our strategic accounts. You’ll work closely with customers to design and build robust workflows using the Feathery platform—acting as both a technical architect and trusted advisor. This is a highly cross-functional role that combines customer engagement, hands-on problem solving, and product influence.

As a Deployed Engineer, you’ll work across the full customer lifecycle—supporting pre-sales proof-of-concepts, leading technical onboarding, and owning successful long-term implementations.
You’ll be deeply familiar with the Feathery platform and help customers translate business requirements into scalable, high-performing workflows. You’ll also play a key role in informing our product roadmap, based on what you learn from real customer needs.
This is an early, high-impact role on the team, with opportunities to help define the function and mentor future hires as we grow.
- You have experience working directly with customers in a technical or implementation role.
- You’re comfortable building and debugging workflows, and have a basic understanding of JavaScript for form logic and scripting (advanced coding not required, but a plus).
- You enjoy solving open-ended problems and thinking through customer edge cases.
- You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You’re proactive, organized, and thrive in high-growth, fast-moving environments.
- Lead technical onboarding and workflow implementation for key customers.
- Build and support proof-of-concepts that showcase Feathery’s capabilities pre-sales.
- Partner with customers to design and optimize complex forms and workflows.
- Act as the voice of the customer—surfacing insights to product and engineering.
- Create technical enablement materials (e.g. sample apps, documentation, videos).
- Help shape and scale the deployed engineering function—including hiring and mentoring.
