An investment holdings statement lists a client’s portfolio details—such as ticker symbols, quantities, cost basis, and market value—typically issued by custodians or brokerages. Wealth managers often need to pull this information into planning software or CRM systems to assess asset allocation, calculate tax implications, or onboard new clients.

Using AI to automatically extract this data eliminates manual entry, reduces errors, and accelerates workflows like portfolio reviews, risk analysis, and compliance checks. This automation improves efficiency, ensures data accuracy, and enables faster, more personalized financial advice.
