Connect Feathery to SendGrid to automatically send emails and create/update your SendGrid contacts from form submissions. You may set up multiple SendGrid actions at once.

What you need

Background

SendGrid, now part of Twilio, is a cloud-based service that provides email delivery and marketing solutions. It helps businesses with transactional and marketing email campaigns, offering tools for email creation, sending, and analytics. It's designed to improve email deliverability and engagement.

Benefits

Using SendGrid enhances email deliverability, streamlines transactional and marketing email campaigns, offers robust analytics for tracking engagement, and provides scalable solutions to accommodate business growth. It also ensures reliability and offers integration capabilities with various applications.

Considerations

When evaluating SendGrid, consider email deliverability rates, ease of use and integration with existing systems, scalability to handle varying volumes of emails, pricing and plans suited to your needs, available analytics and reporting features, and the quality of customer support.

How to set up

Navigate to the Feathery form that you want to connect to SendGrid. Click on the Integrations tab.

Open the SendGrid integration and choose the Feathery form event to trigger the SendGrid action. Your options are when someone completes the form, reaches a specific step of the form, or whenever data is received from your end user (partial submissions, data enrichment, etc.)

Authorize and connect your SendGrid account.

Choose whether you want to send an email or create/update a Sendgrid contact. Map your Feathery fields to the relevant SendGrid message or contact properties you want to populate.

Click Connect. Your integration is now live and ready to go!

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the

"When inside of" nested selector

system.
